    I've put alot of effort into this for the past 2 months and I'm deciding to sell it, It is a Warez and a Hacking Forum with roughly around 1800 Warez Posts + 300 Hacking Posts, It has the Titanium Skin I bought from extremepixels for $29.95.

    I took the site off the net due to this sale.
    I bought the domain of DynaDot so you have to purchase the Domain through DynaDot.

    This site has made me a Bankroll of $250 in 2 months so in one year you could potentially $2500 +

    When attempting to access the site I am greeted with a 404 Not Found Error.

    I am very interested in this site, but I would like to see it, and some proof of traffic and posts, first.

    I deleted phpBB3 of my hosting cause I'm unable to run the forum due to family and school.

    I changed the index.php to verify it's me - http://lulzumi.org/index.php

    Hard to sell something that isnt online.... How can I tell you aren't a scammer? It can be autoposted threads, imported threads, fake members. And don't get me wrong, I dont' wanna ruin your sale. I'm really interested, but I'm not going to bid without more proof.

    I'm also interested in this, as phpbb3 a nice database would go well with me.

    Seeing as you awstats can be very easily edited with any paint knowledge a proof of your screenshot when it was live is the least you can offer.

    How did the site bring you $250 in two months?
    Are there any paid posts?
    Any autoposters?
    Any rss-posts?
    What I want to know is, are all posts made by actual members who regularly visits the board?
    And why in heavens name did you take the board offline just because you're selling it? I'm mean, this sale would have been a reason NOT to take the board offline!
