    you buy hosting, upload a template built into a proxy script and thats it.

    if you read the rest of the proxy guide posts at psdproxies there are recommendations for hosting etc.

    I think You should read an Ebook about proxies and how to earn from them . Just search in Buy Sell or Trade section ( Freebies section ) for the keyword proxy , you will find a lot of ebooks offered for You .
