    Hi,
    I just redesigned my website : http://sunlust.net

I installed wordpress and edited the default theme.

Let me know what you think and which plugins I should add to improve my blog please.

Also, do you know any good portfolio/contact plugins for wordpress?

This should be over in the review forum. Can a mod move it?

The site looks alright, but I think the first page you hit should be the Web Design Services page. The blog can be a link on the side. No one wants to be looking for a web designer then end up with a blog - they'll leave straight away.

"In the design process I create the sketches and try to keep continous communication with the client."

Get rid of 'try'. You will keep in contact. Writing try makes it sound like you're going to have a half-assed go at it.

Put some examples of your work on there with pictures and live links if possible.

One last thing I'd say is that your logo is a little hard to read - try using a clearer font.

I agree with the comments on the logo, In fact I would scrap it all together (start over).

I also am not sure if being greeted by "Roman Pushkin's Fat Bottom Girls" is all that relevant to web development.

It looks like a wordpress template if you ask me, I don't understand why you have chosen to use WP either, is it a blog or a portfolio?

On that note, where is your portfolio? Have you no work you can show clients?

As I stated I didn't find a good portfolio plugin for wordpress yet and I'm considering just coding it myself.
Open to suggestions in this field.

I chose wordpress because blog is a big part of my website, I want it integrated, especially because of good SEO effects and often crawling.

Ehh, I'm no good in logo creation but I'll try, I appreciate honesty on this one.

Just to reiterate what everyone has already said... The logo is hard to read! I think it's a nice concept, just a poor choice of font / color.

I'd also maybe consider a bit of top padding (or a bigger top margin for the site all together) where you have "Sunlust Designs - Freelance Website Design in Eastbourne".

    Overall it's coming along nicely!
