I would say you have the right idea, but the ads don't read great, having line 2 end in and/or and running the sentence on is clumsy imho. I would look at something more like: Buy an OBD Scanner Today Readers - Hardware - Software Decode and understand the code! It is not enough to give feedback on the ad only. You have to be sure that the keywords you are bidding on is relevant to the ad and the landing page / merchant.
