    Can any one here help me to analyze what i circle in the pic show below?:

    i just go thru the crawl stats in webmaster tools for one of my site

    Time spent downloading a page from july until aug is dead...
    what does it means for? What should i do?

    Its not dead !
    This means that google took less time (107 was the least as per your screenshot) to scan your pages
    Either your webhost optimized their server or you optimized your site

    It seems your server is faster since mid June and this is good, because if your site is slow googlebot can have trouble crawling your server and then the crawl rate can change from normal to slower (A slower crawl will reduce Googlebot's traffic on your server, but we may not be able to crawl your site as often.) and this is not good for your site....
