Adsense Penalizing Combo AdNetwork Users

I noticed that Whenever I place adbrite ads on my site, the Adsense CPC was reduced by over 70%.

I removed adbrite code and I noticed that cost per click by adsense increased to normal. Currently the Cost Per Click is Twice of what it was with adbrite.
Same happened when I used Kontera and some other adnetworks

Is it mentioned anywhere that they can do this ?

Now my friend also uses same combination and he noticed exactly same phenomenon.

 

i use Adsense, Kontera, Yahoo (a long time ago), Adbrite, and a new Beta system that i'm not permitted to discuss - i've never seen any detectable changes in ePC while cycling thru/testing the various programs with Adsense..

 

I dont use any other adnetwork still the CPC is down when I compare to past data, I dont think it really matters much.

 

I added Kontera to one of my sites and my CTR went down a little. I am watching to see if it is balancing out as far as payout.. time will tell.

As far a CPC I can tell no difference.

 

I never heard about such problems with adsense. Many people are using adsense and other advertising networks on their sites and they are quite happy with their site's performance.

 

I just remove adsense since Adbrite is now outperforming Adsense for me.

 

Hmm i am planning to use adbrite because they for cpm also . lets see what happens .

 

i never use combo. adsense beat the rest.

 

that is strange and doesnt make sense. i haven't tested it by adding and removing other ad network so coulnd't really tell for sure. thanks for posting your observation Tearabite
