    Yes, I actually own an incentive site! :) I have worked with some great networks. Check the link in my sig. Relative cash.com shows a great list of reliable networks and are categorized to when they pay and how they pay. Check it out and let me know if you have any questions!

    Check out NeverBlueAds. They have plenty of leads that are incentivizable. But you want to get paid by PayPal? You'll need to make $1000 every week to get paid by PayPal weekly or make $1000 in 2 weeks to get paid bi-weekly.
