    Hey

    If I know someone who I am 100% sure has a duplicate account (I have proof) what should I do?

    They may or may not have the same ip, but they are definitely the same person.

    Use the report post button on one of their posts so your note gets into our queue, and we'll make a judgment call when someone sees it. Can't really guess much else without knowing what the "proof" is, but make sure it's all included in the note (for example, if you say they're both tied to the same site or something, include links to those threads, WHOIS records, etc.).
