When I use to hit the gym everyday, I was doing two sets of 30. Now I have gotten fat. I would say maybe 5. ;)

I weight lift everyday and only rest on Saturday and Sunday. But anyway I do about 25-30 of 5 sets.

The one problem with your size. You have to be careful because you can hurt the muscles quite easily. :)

I can do about 20 if I'm really pushing myself, but it hurts a lot for the last five or so. I recently started attending karate on a regular basis, and we do tons of push-ups and pull-ups and I'm getting a bit better everyday :) By the end of the year I expect I'll be able to do 20 without pain, and 40 if I really push myself on it.
