Because that's what I make. Any advice on how to get out of being smartpriced? My site has genuine visitors who naturally click on ads, no funny business yet 6 months later I still appear to be smartpriced. I'd like to make more than $100 every 4 months.
That's the funniest thing I've heard on this forum. Hahahahha! What else is there? Adsense -> AdCents Chitika -> Cheatika Anyway, 1) You may have low-paying keywords 2) You may be smart-priced all the time - try testing different layouts and placements for better CTR (note: there are other factors that affect smart pricing)
I use Omniture for tracking and their support never knows the answer to my question, so I call it "ImNotSure" I use Offermatica for content testing and when it doesn't work right I call it "AwfulMatica" lol Anyway, thanks for the advice.
You can earn more than that if you know how to choose your profitable keywords. Do some research on high paying keywords using Google tools. Then create content with SEO in mind to maximise the traffic for that niche keywords. You can get good results but dont depend just on Adsense. Affiliates marketing is a better business sense.
No really I have about 2000 clicks and make only about a hundred a day and I believe that the effort I put in is no lesser than most people here.
LMAO that was the funniest thing I have heard on here in a long time. So what is your sites niche? Where is the traffic from? Maybe try some aff links, Like WB or check out CJ. I have a list in my sig link if you want to check it out.... Also if you have a blog, it would be a funny post of all the different names for sites you have, I would check it out...haha Good Luck
You are not the only one who named it this way in threads . I suggest you review your content, check out those with high paying adwords and concentrate on this. In the meantime spice up your pages and hope for the best.
you're just doing it wrong. but I do agree on some of my sites it's adcents, but in some of my niches its adrich
several people have suggested that name in the past. nothing much you can do other than making the best out of it
Heh that's a good name suggestion, I think you should run it by Google Seriously though AdSense is great for sticking in templates etc. but I get far more money by going directly through affiliate programs rather than going through Google.
I thought I was smartpriced as I was earning 1-3 cents per click. Then I found out the problem was the quality source of my traffic. Once I adjusted my traffic to better suit my Advertiser's target market, my cpc went up significantly.
It depends on your niche and the country of the traffic you receive. Normally, if your site traffic is mostly US,Uk,canada,etc.. you can make far more than that.
