WHOIS data and Google SERPS

I am trying to find out if G lists a site with identical WHOIS data in the top 10 for the same key word...

Examples would be helpful...

I dont think, the SERPs are based on the identical whois data. It really is the number of backlinks and good quality unique content of the website that matters.

I said SERPs are not based on similar whois information not the other way around.
