Understandable. I've caught myself spelling favorite as "favourite" a few times. I don't know why.

Haha I've actually seen you say suggest me plz in a thread one time. I was wondering to myself if you were making fun or if you were serious. I now know :)

The earth is big, Mr. Xentech.
Not only UK, USA or Europe.
Not everyone in this world is English native speaker.

English is my first language and my spelling sucks, sometimes I reread my posts and I think these guys probably think I am an 11-year-old Nigerian pretending to be an American. lol

It does crack me up when I see people claiming to be professional writers and they misspell 4 letter words in every sentence.

Profesional contant writng survice complete well gramer and speling pass copyscpe very god prices.

Generally I think people who don't speak English as their native language have a very difficult time picking up the language especially due to slang. I can see how it could be very confusing. by the way, nice dark side of the moon pic

If this bothers you, we may request the MOD to provide a section that zeroes in on grammar and usage. Maybe under the General Chat board.

There is some awful english in some of the threads on DP - thats for sure! English is my first language and I would no one is going to judge me on my grammar / spelling... but I have to ask... did you proof read your thread before you posted it? Your grammar is not perfect and there are spelling mistakes - you had to know that was going to draw some heat.

Exactly, even if you are a native speaker, you won't be able to understand native speakers from other countries. For eg when communicating with my US friends, I do have problems adapting to their way of spoken English.

What worse if you are not a native speaker? The pronunciation etc will be different and the sentence structure may varies according to their mother tongue. Not really here to laugh at others, you can ask me to speak in Hindu and my tongue will be twisted. Just that for those who knows that their English is far from perfect, do use a spell check and double check your sentence structure before clicking "Post"

The reason that I see could be - this forum attracts webmasters from all over the world and the niche specific forums don't have such ratio of members from around the globe. Obviously, English is not the first language for a majority of people.
