This website auto updates itself so theres never a need for the new owner to do anything at all, every page on the site updates itself.

I started this website back in Sept 2007 and its Never been advertised in any way .. ALL traffic is organic !

The earnings aren't the greatest but could be much better with the right owner who could advertise the site properly.
You could easily sell off some footer links and ad spaces on this site to pickup some nice fast cash - Most likely recover my asking price within a week or two doing that alone.
