    I'm assuming that your alexa rank and traffic have been decreasing every month because a VPS can't handle that many accounts. I run 4 of these sites and I can tell you that 15k accounts requires a dual CPU machine with 3GB of ram and fast disk I/O with 22k being the max due to disk bottleneck. Also, forcing banner ads on 18k users that have never had ads before is not going to sit well, otherwise there is no other way to monetize one of these sites to make money with it's server requirements and having to put up with constant abuse complaints.

    Good luck with the sale. I'll offer a solid $800 if every one else bails.
