Can you guys give me sites that pay for you referring people to sign up for free? So far I've found a decent paying site Clickcash but it requires you to put your social security number which i dont have at the moment.
Most of the networks I use also require a SS # because you will need to pay taxes if you make a certain amount... The ones below have all paid me.
actually most of the companies are American and you need to have ISN number or SSN . Adsense is the only program that doesn't require you to have SSN
