Alternatives to photoshop

    Well today I tried to download the 30day free trial Adobe Photoshop CS3 extended and after i would download it, it would some error about the database and what not. so i contacted photoshop and they really couldn't help. so i would like to know what are some alternatives to photoshop that can be found free on the internet?

    First. ANY program can be found for free. It just depends what your morals are.

    Second. Paint Shop Pro. It's the only program that compares to PhotoShop, and soars above it.

    It's not free though. But at $69 (or whatever it is these days), it's actually pretty good value :)
