Hello All.

I am interested in selling a website I had worked on quite a bit on in the past.

To be perfectly honest, I tried selling once before on this site almost a year ago: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=508724 .

That time was a very busy time for me, and I ended up, in the end, just not having the time to work on the site or to even make the sale as I was in a different country for several months and then returned to university.

I really liked the site and wanted to try to revitalize it - but I just don't have the time as a university student.

Here's all the information I can offer on the site:

b) Site is currently inactive/very little activity

c) Comes with OWNED vBulletin license (180 value or so) - but updates are EXPIRED I believe, though you can update for a small fee with Jelsoft.

e) Revenue Stats: Aren't that impressive, but as I explained last time I tried to sell, it is a unique situation. My hosting is paid for by a Forum Community Network site (Zoints), and therefore we share AdSense impressions (we don't split profits, we split the number of ads shown - i.e. 70% of the time the page loads, it will load with AdSense with Zoints channel ID - 30% of the time the page loads, it will load AdSense with my channel ID) ... However, once I make sale of the site to you, if you provide your own hosting, you will NOT have to share any AdSense impressions - you can be completely unaffiliated with Zoints. So I see a marginal profit per month now, but that is because traffic has declined AND only 30% of my AdSense gets shown.

f) Comes with many unique SEO Optimizations, a nice skin, a large member base to inform of your new ownership to reinvigorate traffic etc...

g) From my last time I made a thread trying to sell I was asked about my "0 iTrader" status - the only way I can really explain this is, "I'm not in the business" like I assume many of you are - I don't own any other websites, I don't buy and sell domain names etc. - this was just sort of a project I started before entering my university because it was a topic that interested me and was part a venture project with a team I was working with. I really would like to keep the site and try to revitalize it, but I just don't have any time left with my studies - I probably should have sold this site a lot sooner, but I felt like one day I would be able to come back to it. h) From the last time I tried to sell, it seems customary to offer a "Buy it Now - BIN price." I have decided to set this at: 300 (Remember it comes with an OWNED vBulletin license, which Jelsoft sells for $180 dollars on their website)

i) I will start the auction bid at $100. I will end the auction a week from now, Sunday August 17, 2008 at 11pm Pacific Standard Time.

Unlike my last time trying to sell here, I promise to check this thread regularly and often and answer any questions you might have honestly. I'm in a settled position now and will be able to keep you all updated and make this sale go through.

Some more selling points: The site has quite a number of backlinks to it and it is 2 years and 9 months old, which is a favorable aspect for SEO.
