[WTS] Beijing Olympics Blog - 50.000 uniques in August (10 days)

I want to sell my blog http://2008beijingolimpics.com. The domain is a premium one and is 7 months old. I'll be short with the details, please bare with me.

The blog had 30k uniques in the month of July, and now 50.000 unique visitors in the month of August (only 10 days in, with the bulk of it after the 8th when the Olympics opened), with an estimate of 250-300k unique visitors to be expected to land on the blog by the end of the month. The blog also has ~350 loyal RSS subscribers, most of them subscribed over e-mail.

The blog has been linked by top sites like popcrunch (sports section), BBC, NY Times and loads of other blogs (including the leading blog in Saudi Arabia). The blog has also been featured in a special televised program by BBC Hong Kong, in which various blogs covering the Olympics were presented.

The design is custom made by a designer friend of mine. I paid 150$ for it.

Revenue:

July - 153.95$
August (10 days in) - 268.32$

Why selling it? I need the money, because of unfortunate family circumstances.
