Affiliate noob looking for quick basic help

I have a quick question guys. i am reviewing products and want to have a "read review" and "buy now" link below my many products. Which affiliate program is best for my "buy now" link to go directly to the vendor's product page?

If you want to go for something unusual, try the program I have been promoting. Great results from REVIEW pages.

all i want to know is if there is a simple text-link affiliate program that takes the user to the specific product page. does amazon do this?
