    I am currently in need of some start up money for a new project so I am going to sell a developed project that just needs some advertising and promoting.

    Since the site is a specific niche then I can not post the URL.

    Domain Expires - 7/19/09

    Traffic - The site gets about 5-10 uniques a day with the work I have already put into it. If advertised and promoted more I am sure it could be up to 30-40 a day but I just don't have the time.

    Revenue -     In the last 2 weeks the site has earned $57.37 with sales of affiliate products. I am very sure if you added more content to the site this number could be upped way more with search engine traffic.
