I scammed a scammer ... now what?

    Hi,

Someone contacted me here on DP after he read on some threads that I needed a script (paid).

The member joined today, so 0 posts and 0 iTrader.

He suggested to sell the script at 40% its value, I agreed but required that he sends it first

When he sent me all the data and transfered the script to me, I saw that he bought the script :
    * only a week ago
    * with a credit card which he didn't know whose it was

    So what should I do:
    - Give him his script account back and allow him to (try to) scam someone else
    or
    - Wait untill the cardholder charges back, but what if he does't
    - or ??

X : the name associated with the script license, so I guess it was the credit card owner

I asked him how was mister X, he told me he don't know, he didn't bother to remember the stolen CC details he used to pay around $200.

    A green rep for you...

    Don't sink to his level.

To all people that said I'm a scammer like him:

I didn't asked if I was a scammer, I asked what to do now... so please suggest
Did you read the title only?

Should I have given him the stolen script back? (btw: I won't use it)
I didn't mean to scam it, He sent the script and after I verifiyed it's legibility, I found that the payment was a fraud so I had to do something to stop him.... Now at least he can't sell that script anymore and the payment will be charged back soon by the CC owner after he sees a $200 payment on his bank status.
