Submitting Tax Information - 'Employees in the US'

    If I have hired an American designer to design my site, does that mean I must say yes? Also, if I have received a donation from an American person, must I say yes?

    Does the designer work full time for you or did you just hire him for a few hours?

    then the designer is not an employer but a free lancer. employee means employed and on payroll
