    I went into a weatherspoons the other day. This is what happened:

    Me: Can i have a coke please
    Bartender: Do you have ID
    Me: What? Id?
    Bartender: Yeah, do you have id
    Me: ...erm...i just want a coke please
    Bartender: Ok you still need id, or you have to sit in the family section
    Me: You cheeky fucker! fuck you!
    Me: *Walks out of pub


    there was no other way to take that than as a plain insult.
