    why not submit site manually? submitting through tools may appear like spamming to some sites.

    You might want to use a free form filler to ensure your submissions are quality submissions. Most tools will charge you money and they are still not good enough to beat quality of manual submissions.

    Have you read the google guidelines? Some search engines and directories hate automatic submission. Spend some time and do offpage optimization manually to get backlinks.

    using software for submitting your website is non-sense and just a waste of time, submit manually your website is more effective and more assurance to get listed. Using a submitter sometimes website get penalize for spamming.

    automatic submission is not a good way to directory submission. Do manually it not require more time. You can do fast it.

    Auto submiter avoid by searc engines so submit manually if you can do than help seo guys they can solve your submission. Manuall directory submission will help life time. some link remain permanent but auto can't get this.
