Looking for appraisal for small network of websites. (200k+ Coop weight)

    I have a network of sites with 200k+ weight, most PR4's & 5's. There is about 10 websites in all. Make ~ $600/month adsense and about $1,500 month from afiilliates, advertising, etc.... So roughly $2,100/month + the weight.

    Websites are gaming, webmaster related mainly.

    I have proof of income for over the past year.

    Traffic is ~ 6k uniques/day.

    Reason for selling is that I need to raise capital for another project and this would be the quickest way.

    May be interested in selling if the price is right. Please serious bids/offers only.

    Based off of revenue alone I'm looking at a years of revenue which is ~ $25k. As well as revenue I'm loking for development costs as the sites have custom code and the forums are licensed vBulletin.

    Looking to entertain serious offers only.

    If you have proof of income for over the past year I'm sure you'll find it a breeze to sell at 12 months revenue, or maybe even more! ;)

    How much time do you spend a week maintaining these sites?

    Are your revenue numbers net or gross? If the later how much do you spend on links and marketing?

    jawinn, that's the beauty of it.
    If you spend time working on the sites and optimizing them you can probably make a ton more. I'm in college and I just sort of threw the sites up with no real optimization. I hardly spend anytime at all on them except checking stats and what not. I spend no money on links all are through exchanges.
    That it gross income, but costs are minimum. Maybe $25.00 a month to run everything.

    I've received 1 offer, but I was just looking back at a little network of 10 websites sold by Honey a while back that sold for $10k. They only made $100/month and had just over 1/4 of Coop weight.

    So I'm looking at my sites with pretty decent revenue/month + ~ 200k in Coop weight.

    I have 1 bid for $25k.

    If i'm going to sell I have to have some pretty entertaining offers.

    This will be an auction type sale if it goes through. All offers will be through PM and I will update this post daily. I will not have a set closing time, but hopefully by friday things shall be done whether it end in a sale or not.
