Site has been sold to me. I have pay him through Paypal.

However, seller has not transfer the domain name or give me any access to the site. Hope this isn't a scam.

I was talking to the seller on MSN and then he suddenly left without any notice. Please contact me and let me know what is going on.

Any suggestions on what I should do?

 

maybe you should wait a little, but if still no news you may want to try claim it with PayPal (I am not sure if they allow claims before 7 days though)..

 

It has been 2 days and seller is still avoiding me. I was reading his itrader point and noticed he received 1 bad itrader for scamming someone. I guess I'll let Paypal take care of it now and maybe they will refund my money.

I will keep you guys updated and hopefully the seller will show up with some answers.

I'm reporting him to Paypal right now because he will not response to my PM and he will not log on to MSN.

 

The domain was being held for 72 hours to ensure that the transaction was authorized and not someone using a stolen paypal account.

Paypal has opened an unauthorized usage claim on my account, if the claim refunds the money, the domain will not be transfered. If paypal does not refund the money and the account was not stolen or comprised (fraudulent transaction) the domain will be sent to the GoDaddy account.

Since the phone number and email address associated with the paypal account is no longer valid I have no way of contacting the account owner to see if this transaction is valid.

Can mod do something about this. FightRice still have my money and he will not refund me the money or send me the site. I have send him several PMs and he haven't response till now.

We agree over MSN chat on the price and he say he will transfer the domain name after I send him the money. Right after I send him money through Paypal, he log off and never log on again. I wish to talk to the seller, but he keep avoiding me for some reason. I send him 2 PMs in the past 2 days trying to get a response from him.

I have reported him to Paypal and let them take care of it. Hopefully they will refund my money or if seller transfer me the site, I will cancel the claim.

I have purchased around 10 sites on DP and this seller take the longest to send me all the infos. Other sellers can testify to this because they have dealt with me in the past and they all know I'm an honest person.

Mod, please help and investigate into this, this seller have scammed a lot of people.

He informed me the domain name will be transferred over the same day (not 72 hours). We were talking on MSN chat, right after I pay him through Paypal, he log off MSN chat and never log on. I got frustrated and reported him 2 days later. The reason I reported him early because Paypal will freeze his account and will not let him withdraw. I got scammed before in the past and if I waited 7 days, seller will have withdrawn the money and Paypal will not refund me a dime if seller do not have money in his account.

I wish to talk to the seller. Please talk to me and let me know what is going on.

I just want to update everyone about this transaction and the fraudulent member Fightrice. At this moment, Fightrice has not given me any access or control of the site and he still has my money. Make sure to avoid dealing with this member in the future, he will only fool you.

The negative itrader he left for me is 100% false and he is contradicting himself and lying to everyone.

Here is the itrader comment he left for me before posting the a comment on this thread: "Used Fraudlent PayPal account. Recieved Goods and PayPal refunded the account!!!"

One minute, he said he has already send me the site, then he go around and contradict himself by saying he will hold onto the site and only send me the site after Paypal have concluded their investigation. All he has to do is refund me the money, but he won't refund me the money because he wants to steal my hard earning money.

Fightrice, I ask you again for the 5th times, please send me the site or refund my money. If you need money, let me know and I can help you, you should not be stealing from people.

I have sent you the complete site, the only thing you do not have is the Domain name, as you'll see everything says i'll send the site 72 hours after the payment clears or paypal finds the claim was not an unauthorized claim.

I did email you the files for the site, all the wordpress and vBulletin files along with customizations for those files so you can have it up and ready when the payment cleared I did this immediately after you've sent this fraudulent payment, you'd get the domain and all you'd have to do is update nameservers to prevent any down time. I also gave you the login information for the current sites wordpress to go ahead and make any changes you wish, did I not? So saying I've given you nothing is a flat out lie.

Since paypal opened a unauthorized transaction claim, for the money you paid with and is holding it, that tells me you paid with a paypal account that is not you own. I tried emailing and calling the phone number on the paypal account, to verify the purchase, but it has been disconnected, which is another red flag and why i refuse to send the domain as i'll never be able to get it back if i send it, and paypal says "Nope sorry he paid with someone elses account, you dont get your money and sorry about your loss"

No one in their right mind would send their product or files when paypal opens one of these as 90% of the time, the money gets refunded, and the seller is at a loss.

Like i told you in the PM, as soon as paypal finishes their investigation of your transaction to me, i'll gladly release the domain name to you or whoever owns that paypal account if I could ever get ahold of them. You can continue your smear campaign in the forums if you wish, but before you do make sure you post all the facts.

I've got 0 problems sitting here and telling everyone you still do not have the domain you paid for with someone elses paypal account, and the above post should explain why clearly.

 

You never mention anything about 72 hours and then you log off MSN chat and I have no way of contacting you. I send you 2 PMs and never received a response from you and I'm always log on MSN chat waiting for you to show up. 2 days later (August 9th), I report you to Paypal because I call the current phone # you have with Paypal and the phone # is no longer in service.

You still currently have my money and I still do not have full control of the site. I have not log onto the site or transfer the site over yet.

I have updated my phone # with Paypal 4 days ago, did you call me anytime within the last 4 days? I have just PM you my phone # or you can log onto Paypal and get my new phone #.

I really hate reporting you to Paypal, but I have no choice because I cannot reach you by phone or MSN chat or PMs. Call up my new Paypal phone # and we can finish this transaction and stop wasting so much time.
