I already clicked on the haunted link...

I couldn't find any problem browsing the directory (firefox), but seems to be a bad maintained directory, as its last addition was in May 1, 2008:

    http://www.boomdirectory.com/detail/link-16986.html

Also, at the top of the source code, a strange "unescaped" javascript code can be found. (perhaps due a trojan infection on the server)

They were not speaking about you, but rather the original poster of this thread.

I as well tempted fate in Firefox and found nothing strange about this directory.

This is not true. I just tried and it worked. Several other people tried and it worked as well.

OK, you're right, the server has a trojan or the website has been hacked as I thought before.

Check the script "encoded" at the top of the source code, it's an iframe but written by javascript and 'encoded'. Only affects unprotected IE users.

Other domains under the same IP works fine(Biharena.com,Housingbabble.com), so, I think that the directory has been hacked, but the server is safe.
You can read more about it here:

Nothing rediculous about telling members about some nasty website, but you obviously think I have another agenda, which I don't.

so don't respond or read my posts then. Seems you lack the willpower to do that, oh dear, well you only have yourself to blame for getting wound up

Er, actually I found the site, so thank you Event_King for letting us know about it - but no, instead 3 members attack me for it. Oh my word

This isn't a reason for not using a directory - this is a reason to use a safe web browser. Go figure.

It is extremely slow, seemed to be an malicious injection but does not seem to harm my FF3 a single bit. Shows that FF3 is the browser to use :) Anyway, the owner of the directory better do something, doesn't look nice having such malicious injection in his site.
