    PR10 is very very rare, I think you would need a .gov or .edu site and have very very high quality info and links. I'm happy with a PR 5

    You can make it if you have over millions of backlinks to your website. Do you know why digg.com has PR8? Because every single blog, News center, website, and etc. is pointing to digg.com with the known link Digg It!
    If you can do something like that, than you get receive at least PR8. Good Luck. I have on one of my websites 68,000 pages, which were pointing to digg.com. Then I decided to remove all of them and my own PR increased in 3 months from 3 to 7. It might be good idea to remove all links, which are pointing to Digg, del.icio.us, and etc.

    Why didn’t you use a no-follow link instead? The dig link their selves can get you traffic, have you noticed that much of a traffic difference which you weren’t generally expecting anyway Ameran (just interested on how much of an impact your raise in pr really has had)

    In reality, to get PR10, one need thousands of backlinks coming from high PR pages.

    But seriously, for attaining High PR ( I think PR 10 is like being google itself !! otherwise I have never seen a site with PR 10) one can get backlinks from the pages having high PR especially, what I have noticed, from .edu links. But its very expensive to get backlinks from high PR site.
