i usually withdraw everything on the same day I get funds. The US exchange rate is ever dropping and the longer I keep in my account, the lower the value of the money I get. Since I am not from the US, I cannot participate in the money market funds.

I don't thing there is anything dangerous in keeping a lot in an account except when you get a limited account, you can't access it. If you can use the money market account, I would keep a decent balance in there. Otherwise, get it out daily. There's no reason to risk a hold if you aren't getting anything by keeping it in there.

Never more than $100....I either withdraw or spend it on link building etc.

I have many friends who keep a lot with Paypal, so even if I need Paypal, I can borrow from them..:D.

Normally I have a buffer of around 50$ at all times. I only reg domains once a while and rarely buy sites and services.
I find the rate perfect and sometimes I have more when the Dollar is weak.

u should never take the money out of paypal the same day, it sends wrong signals, paypal's surveillance team monitors all accounts for all kinds of fraudelent activities. so i suppose one should not hesitate to keep their money in paypal. though i am not very rich but i think 100$ is not a bad option at all.

Not true. Depending on the situation, I withdraw what I receive within minutes to hours after receiving it and I have never had a problem, though I do not fear to leave money in for longer periods of time. I am enrolled in the PayPal Money Market which is currently at 2.32% but I also have other financial accounts which help to earn a larger return on my money.

    Yeah I'm paranoid...
    hackers...paypal limitations...exchange rates

So I usually withdraw straight away if it's a large amount (not so much the paranoia (LOL), but because I know I'll end up wasting it on junk and wish I had never spent it)

But I'll keep the money of a single transaction in, if you get me (so if I receive $20 It could stay, or if I receive $200 dollars it could stay)

(So my post doesn't make sense too much lol, contradiction I know...it's hard to explain :p)

Well I reduce the amount to $500 because of exchange rates kill the money. So when I see some higher rates I cash out the funds to get extra income.

Average $100 USD, Maximum $500. I use the balance to pay for eBay items, GoDaddy domain name renewals, and other incidentals. I recently used the balance to pay for logos and domains here on Digital Point.
