Feedburner sucks!

Is there any alternative for feedburner? My number of subscribers keeps on changing from ZERO to 120, 145, 340, 43, and so on... I'm tired of inaccurate data..:(

It bases that number on the number of unique hits that it gets per day. So if someone doesn't check their RSS feed one day it is 0.

Indeed its all about the hits here and its not inaccurate at all. Most probably you'll find a reason for it, or a link between them... For example when you make a new post you'll see the difference of subscribers fluctuating a bit. If you don't you'll see the difference is from zero to 43. For feedburner, 43-150 is really the 1% error of trial error. So don't worry and keep blogging!

I think the question wasn't answered because there is really no quality alternative for feedburner. It is like asking what is a great alternative to Google, there really isn't anyone that tops them to a degree that you would want to change. On that same note Google owns Feedburner.

No alternative in terms of quality. You can try Feedblitz however and see if you like it.

FeedBurner is quite accurate for me. What I don't like about them is the FAN which is not an effective way to monetize your feed.

Beside the email solution there is no solution so far, since its really not a problem with feedburner honestly. Best of luck anyway :)

I went from 1804 to 0. I find that highly unlikely since the majority (1600) were email subscribers. And for all 1600 to unsubscribe in 1 night it 100% unlikely.
