I had sometime to think about what I want to say.First off
the bat I want to say that you are right. I have not lived up to my end
of the deal. I have a disabled child that requires a lot of my
attention. I have done you an injustice. As you mentioned there are
other DP users that fell into the same boat. But I am working it out
with them.


I did not get your email from two days ago I do not check my email
on weekends. I want to work this out with you. I am sure that you don't
want to fly to NY to take me to court. I also want to leave my brother
in law out of it. He did not promise you the work I did. I see that you


have a paypal dispute for unauthorized use. You contracted me to do the
work and you did pay me . I did fall behind but you authorized the
transaction.

I am a horrible person but as I said I want to make it right.

This whole "I have a disabled child" act is getting annoying, I don't know if its for real but I'm pretty sure that

he's an ass for throwing it into every conversation involving him trying to scam someone.

 

So he didn't deliver?

I'm going to put this out in the open: Nobody cares.

If someone gets scammed, it's their own damned fault. If you did the transaction with PayPal, use the system to get your money back. Quit complaining about people who outsmart you by scamming you. It's obvious that you didn't do your due diligence in picking an article writer because the emails look quite unprofessional. If the writer is sending you poorly crafted emails, what makes you think that he/she is going to give you decent articles?

Besides, it doesn't matter if you are a child or an adult. If you are willing to get involved in the online business world, then you should be able to tell the difference between a legitimate business practice and a scammer. If you can't do this, then you should switch planets.

I'm not trying to come off as rude, but that's the honest truth. I see one or two of these "I got scammed by member" threads on DP each day and it gets annoying. If you were scammed, then you were clearly not as intelligent as the scammer who did the deed.

Deal with it and learn from the mistake.

 

Did you do any research? Did you look at his iTrader? Did you search the forum?

If you had done any of that, you would have seen that this is very old news about his scams. Now you will get an infraction for posting in the wrong place and lost your money. Scammers can only scam the willing, be more careful next time and count it as a lesson learned. He had not been on here since February so I am sure this was not done here.

 

actually some people do care and I believe some people in DP do have their heart at the right place. The problem is the OP simply does not give people the chance to care by sending mumbo jumbo post like that...

 

It's a travesty... I can't believe an honest window licker like sundaybrew would stoop so low!

 

You may NOT start threads to accuse people of being scammers FOR ANY REASON!!! The ONLY places where these kinds of things belong is in an iTrader report or directly in a sales thread in which you participated. If you didn't participate directly, and on this forum, it doesn't belong here!
