    Thanks for the posts and pm's, however what I really am looking for is a site that can ONLY be monetized through adsense, for example, there was a site about the history of Canada a while ago, which had a lot of good unique content for adsense.

    Bro my site do not has PR yet, but it has more than 23000 words of Unique article and 80-120 Visitors a day. A few Bucks from Adsense. the articles only worth more than $250, but I only ask $100 for this site (I hope you could increase your budget a little bit :) ). Do not have much time to develop. Let me know if interested bro.
