I need this type of template. can anyone help me how can i create site like this. Should i paste banner, search box code, ad code & category link on every page. Please help me..

Install a content management package like Joomla and learn how to use the easy set-up works. Prevents you a lot of headaches about HTML/PHP and does exactly fit your needs in setting up a site like you showed. Joomla is a FREE package by the way.
