That is weird, it shows clicks but no impressions. Wow. Have you contacted ebay about it?

I have the same thing - I think impressions relates to creatives ie banners that you put on the site as opposed to clicks from the items - my sites actually show lots of impressions but hardly any clicks!! I'll check this further.

BTW which part of Bonnie Scotland are you in - im in the frozen wastes of Aberdeenshire!

Unless you're running eBay creatives (aka banners etc), you won't get impressions.

BANS uses the rss/api feed (as far as I know), so it doesn't set off the eBay impression counter. I use the rss feed and the eBay API on my sites, which means I don't get impression counting. It's no big deal. I don't really think eBay know how to count anyway :p

Thats because you are using a direct link... I think you will only see impressions if your using something other than a direct affiliate text link like a banner or something.

I have the same issue using ebay rss feeds, I think an rss feed request should be counted as an impression but would prefer them to sort their tracking before this :)

That's because if you look at the McJiffy code it forces impression counts using a transparent 1x1 pixel image from ebay that counts as an impression.

I think an RSS request should be counted as an impression too but you can work around it like McJiffy has.
