Whoever created the GFX in that layout is a pro. The blue background with white text lets me not stay a long time on the blog. Maybe change it?

Very nice blog. I would comment on the design that it is not looking like a jokes/entertainment blog. It has a Techno header. Try changing it (if possible).

I agree with Glitto, the design of the site is more for a sci-fi, games blog than for a jokes blog. But the content is good.

I hate trying to review a website in a few minutes and get stuck there for over an hour reading stuff... Good content, everyone likes a good laugh.

I used to have a dark background, light text blog template. I liked it, I thought it looked cool, and had no problem reading it. My wife always complained about how hard it was to read. She would have to select the text and highlight it, so basically it reversed the light and dark so she could read it easier.

The only reason she would go through that much trouble was because it was my blog. If it wasn't, she would never have gone back. I have since just thrown up a light background/dark text and she likes the readability much better. Now I have to redo the template so I like it better, but at least it is more readable for others.

I only bring this up because someone else also commented on the "blue background with white text". It is up to you what you like, but unfortunately it sometimes get lonely when no one wants to come over and stick around.

Ditto on the sci-fi header. Looks cool, but doesn't necessarily fit the theme, unless all your jokes were sci-fi-ish.

 

Good content here, but I'll reiterate what the guy above said - after a while I had to stop reading because of the color scheme.
