So as of August 1st (or Sept 1st if you are an existing publisher), the payouts for sign ups you refer will be going to a tiered structure instead of a flat payout, check my blog for a more details. Since I am just getting started with as an eBay affiliate this doesn't affect me since I won't see a revenue drop but I'm interested in hearing what some of the more experienced publishers here think.
