Want to have adsense on my blog but I am still 17

Hii everyone,

I am 17 yr old and I want to have adsense on my blog.I know people below 18 are not eligible to register with google adsense but if I open an adsense account with details of someone else who is eligible and is known to me, Can I still do it. In any case I only will be managing the blogs and everything but only the adsense account will have name and information of someone else. Please reply.

 

maybe your parents? i do not know, but TOS not allowed you to own an account. when you will turn 18? you probably can do SEO from now first.

also what about SSN and TAX? That person would allow you to use his SSN?

i installed google adsense using my mom's name and info...

 

I use my parents info. It dosen't really matter. You know how many people are below 18 and have adsense? ALOT! Half of the people on adsense are below 18.

yeah, I think use parents information better safe for you. Then you can have another account for yourself when you turn 18. hehe

 

Kingdan, You must have lots of views on your blog. I just started my blog last week and am struggling to get views. I haven't been making any money. How did you get so many people to view your blog. Have you had it for a long time and have lots of friends on it? What is the subject of your blog?

If you are using your parents details are they paying the tax or are you? If the earnings were in your name you could use up to the zero tax threshold on all your earnings without having any tax liability.

However (assumimng your parents are working) they are liable for tax on every cent/penny let alone dollar/pound.

If you are OVER 18 why not get your own account then you could earn the first £5,067 FREE of tax (I dont know the threshold in the USA - sorry).

 

well my website got famous really fast in about 4 months.
the blog contains about 750 joke more than 130 funny video about 100 funny loop a big forum. computer tips articles...
funny pictures. and many things people are looking for plus political stuff
my website has no specific things. i post whatever i want in it and people like it
therefor 93% of my visitors always return

 

many people use their moms name and account to get into adsense and such programs . They cannot wait till they are over 18 even me

 

Vic - you have just admitted breaking TOS in a forum that Google reads AND listed your sites in your signature.

ROFL I was thinking the same thing. Why not try going legal and waiting until you're 18? Google will have you in their sights now. Why be illegal when it will always rebound in your face at some time ar some time? I know this tends to go against today's prevailing mentatility .... but ... you can be legal and you can be wealthy, all at the same time.

I'm also not sure that people with adsense accounts should be advising others in a forum that google adsense people read on how to break google's TOS. Your own head, I guess.

 

You can have adsense on your blog, but the other problem you should ask google adsense team, and they will tell you what to do.
