Hosting Warez is fully illegal, Warez linking is skirting the law, and I think it is legal, but I would stay far away from messing with warez at all.

Well, if you go off shore, you can do warez, as long as it's legal in the country you are now hosting it in. As long as it's not in the US, you could get away with it. Now if you're based in the US and hosting it off shore, you might could still get in trouble.

Are you sure you are not linking? I find it very odd that you've been able to host warez and not get caught. Hosts get notices about this stuff, and they get it pretty quick. I wouldn't be surprised if somebody in this thread has already reported you.
