Since you are announcing your directory as a "PR 4," I will question that...

Your directory has been discussed here previously. In fact, many have questioned whether the PR is legit or not. In this post you stated it is real. Granted you did not specify the PR in your post, but we know what you mean.

Nearly half the PR from this domain was taken by Google just prior to this PR update. The Alexa thumbnail for the site shows a parked page as well. This suggests the domain you are using for your directory is dropped, and what PR remains will likely disappear on the next PR update.

Going from PR 7 to a PR 4 means that the gravy train is over. This is QBC stuff, and I hope others here will research and decide for themselves before making any quick decisions.

BTW, you may want to change your ads over at directorycritic.com and directoryrate.com.

I simply can't believe you so heavily advertised a directory with PR from a previous owner. That's a black eye to the directory industry and all directory owners that work hard to build their directories.

site was valid when it was pr7

    and

it's valid when it is pr4

everybody know google is penalizing directories and bid directories. site's real value is pr7

i'm not interested what it was in past.

i won't renew my advertising at directorycritic and rate(will expire soon)

Google has not penalized your directory. It's normal to lose most, if not all all, PR from a domain recently picked up in auction/dropped.

Yeah, looks like a lot of suckers who jumped on this one early, when tufans was pimping it as PR7, got burned. Who would pay $110+ for ONE PR4 directory sumbission when there's hundreds of valid free PR4 directories around???

Not to mention, all the internal pages on this one are PR0 so you're really buying a whole lotta nothing here unless you're willing to shell out $110 for a PR4 homepage link. In that case, I'm sure thousands of DP members here could sell you a PR4 homepage link for $110..

but as PT Barnum said "There's a sucker born every minute"

wow bryce is banned. i think he deserved it.

also, i would like to say that i didn't earn money. i took the risk and launched a bid dir. i lost money!

but who bid on this directory, gained a pr7 backlink for 1 month and now their link will be on pr4 page permanently.
