    Who are you to judge what's ethical and what's not? End result = no hacking sites allowed in AdSense. No offense on the first comment, but seriously... why would they let you judge what's ethical or not and let you use AdSense on a touchy/against TOS subject?

    But Ethical Hacking you have to ask Google adsense team...

    I think it's allowed...
