    I have seen it too. Its about monetizing adspace to cover the cost of the Adwords campaign.
    I would not get it, unless you know nothing about internet marketing. It is not too advanced and I would get a refund about 5 minutes after purchase. Thats just me though.

    Clickbank refunds are common. I see them deducted from my sales through clickbank all the time. Contact clickbank for refund.
