warrant.me have been bought today, it's a little bit synonym of insure.me

Weird because I thought it should have been bought faster than "youinsure.me" or "justinsure.me"

Very nice... there are still a few good ones out there. I have been watching the landrush auctions and are amazed at some of the prices they are going for. (both high and low)

I have been watching a .ME that has 35M to go in the auction, and I am very surprised that it is only at $736.
I think the people that are able to bid on it either don't have much spare cash or don't know the value of it.
    The domain is "com.me". Any-domain-you-want.com.me.
I hate to say it, but I think if it was parked, the amount of type in traffic would be huge.

    Cheers
    James

Yeah.. it does not really appeal to me either, (as a name) but the third level domains do.. most of the others were held back. such as: co.me, org.me, net.me and its.me by the Montenegro government, for Montenegro residents only.
com.me seems to have got through.

I can see a lot of people mistakenly typing domain.com, then instead of replacing .com with .me, they add .me on the end, and getting domain.com.me, which will (no doubt) be redirected to com.me..
I think a lot of traffic will be going there way in the future.
The fact that traffic = $$$, makes it really appealing to me :D

Doh! looks like someone just made another bid, its now at $746 with 23H 38M to go..

    Cheers

If I was in the auction I would definitely slap a bid of $1k+ on, it's pure speculation but I agree that it has a great deal of potential so I'd say well worth a punt at $1-2k

I think so to. the other day I was telling a friend about .ME's, and told him about one that I had just registered (ENZED.ME he owns an ENZED franchise)
The first thing he said to me was.. "So you bought enzed.com.me?" lol..
I am kicking myself that I didn't register interest in it. I had read through the domain.me site and had seen that they were holding back the org.me net.me etc, and had assumed that com.me was included, so didn't think to register it in the landrush :(

If you did not bid on it, then I don't think it shows in the didn't win list. (none of the ones I didn't bid on have shown up there)
If you did bid on it, It may not show up till the person that won it has paid for it. Try doing a whois, to see if the registration has gone through.

As for the refunds! all mine have gone through GoDaddy as well.
I have not been refunded for any of the auctions that have ended yet, I have not heard when they are planning on refunding the money. May pay to send them an email and ask.

    Cheers
    James

I've got one so far out of 7 which the auction has ended.
However, no refunds or processing has been done yet.

Same, I have only won one domain in the auction, and have not received any refunds for the auctions that have finished.
I still have some auctions running, and some yet to start. Maybe they don't refund until all auctions are finished.?

    Cheers

Toyota must be laughing - they can just wait until someone wins the auction and pays tens of thousands of dollars for the domain, then send a quick letter via their solicitor and take the domain off them for free...

That is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I would stay as far away from that one as possible. Obviously a trademark issue involved, why would any one pay so much to have it taken away? Are these actual bidders or some kind of bots? It doesn't seem logical that sooo many people would bid so much money for a trademarked domain. There have been so many documented cases of this why are people still falling for it
