Recommend a country where to register an online casino, please.

I need the country of choice to feature the following things.

    Casino friendly tax law.
Should be able to accept all US players from there.
Should be white listed in different payment processors.
Should be easy for foreigners to register a casino company there.
    Should have casino friendly laws.

Point me to some reading on that matter, please.

Casino friendly tax law. Costa Rica, Belice, Antigua, Saint Marteen, Isle of Man, etc etc etc
Should be able to accept all US players from there. All of the above and many others wont mess with you and your customers. Usually Casino friendly jurisdictions do not care who your customers are but I wouldn't do it unless you do not want to go back to the US for life and also make sure you never visit a FBI friendly country. (search for betonsports, neteller, etc etc etc)
Should be white listed in different payment processors. It is now really hard to get a processor for US players since it is illegal do take gaming transactions from a US resident. Any high risk processor that do process US gaming customers wont care where you are but as a starter the fees might be astronomical.
Should be easy for foreigners to register a casino company there. In most countries where you do not pay taxes as an online casino you do not need to register as a casino unless you are a walk in shop. As long as you keep it online you wont need any special license unless you are in Europe or Asia where it is regulated and taxed.
Should have casino friendly laws. In South/Central America and the Caribbean they do not care if you run your operation online at all, nobody will mess with you, there are no laws against it nor in favor of it.

First thing you should do is talk to a local lawyer in any country you want to operate. Second make sure you have plenty of cash to set up the operation, for marketing and to pay customers.

If you need any more help feel free to PM me.

Costa Rica is the best option for beginners .... Costs $2500 company + license $1500 + bank account and merchant account $1000
But you have to be prepared to wait atleast 3-4 months to get the license.. CR Government is kinda slow :)

Company is actually $300 if you find a decent lawyer that doesn't charge you gringo prices. License there isn't an online gaming license and you only need a basic permission from the city to run a call center which is about $60. If you fly down you can open the bank account with the company papers yourself and the minimum deposit is $100, I do recommend you hire a lawyer anyways cause it is a pain to open an account under a company and anyways do not keep the big bucks in CR, have an offshore account in Panama, Belice, Ireland, etc etc etc for the big bucks. No local bank will give you a merchant account for gaming not even if you pay them millions, you will have to find a company that is willing to take the risk to process gaming.

I live in CR and I worked for several years in the gaming industry....

What you really have to consider is the gaming software, office space, computers, desks, chairs, phones, VOIP service, servers, a good internet connection, marketing, marketing, marketing, marketing (and more marketing budget), a lot of cash to pay customers winnings and employees. If you really want to get into the business but do not have at least $2 millions to start you might want to check out sportsbooks and casinos that will provide the complete packager for a monthly/weekly fee based on the number of players or winnings.

That is not a country

Most casinos attracting US traffic are registered in Caribbean nations.

888 are based in israel, so I'm guessing that is a good country to do it in.

I think the previous poster would like you to join one of his casinos ;)

I definitely recommend the UK. No doubts. The YK is gambling-friendly, very well regulated and established. The laws are respected and well-enforced.

    More here: http://www.playhard.co.uk/Why-UK-Casinos.htm

A final advantage, more for players than operators, is that all gambling winnings in the UK are tax free. I wont tell you how much I made last year playing roulette (because it is embarrassing!) but I certainly would not have wanted to be taxed on it! :)
