    If you got a good product, a team behind it, and some experience with selling it go with publisher.

    If not, affiliate.

    I would go for affiliate. You don't have to think of shipping, inventory, and logistics.

    affiliate has a lot less involved in it and you dont have to be attached at the hip to the offer
