How to attract serious buys only

    I have a website that I'm getting ready to sell. My website will probably be sold for $xx,xxx. This is my question; when I go to sell the site, I don't want everyone and their brother to be asking for site info. Do any of you have any tips on how to get only serious inquiries?

    Put all the info that anyone would EVER need. You have yourself less questions and buyers only :)

    A lot of the information that people would want to know like screen shots and the like, I wouldn't want to share with the public.
