    I do not have the complete list, but i can inform you that you can submit adult sites at mt directories. Some are as below:

    1. allthelook.com
    2. red11rock.com
    3. index2010.com
    4. 3wlook.com
    5. dirlook.com

    I think they are all free,they only require reciprocal link.Anyone knows where i can get free pr or cheap pr5 adult backlink?Perhaps somewhere with using blog comment?

    (Also, searching by common topics, users can get a lot of directories ready to receive new submissions)

    The list is limited to 120 directories(which allow adult websites), for registered users the same list rises up to 300.

    Also, note that only active web directories are listed, so, many adult web directories (which are included in the database) are keeping out of the list until our bots detect some cue of activity on them. In this way, submitters save time avoiding neglected web directories. (Check the field "last activity detected")

    Also, you can try related keywords (search by topic form) and get some additional adult directories:
