Is that a declaration or a question?

If the domain name you have bears one of Microsoft's trademarks, it's only a
    matter of time.

I had a microsoft related domain name and they hit me with a "give it to us or face the consequences" letter from their in-house (emphasis on IN-HOUSE) legal dept.

They were actually very nice about it, but they wanted to know about any earnings I had for the domain, and a ton of other details. It was close to expiring so I let it expire and they seemed to be happy with that.

I'd recommend against any domain with the word Microsoft in it...

It depends on MicroSoft. If they feel that this business under the domain that you have purchased may arise competition then they can do anything. There are several other domains that uses several registered trademarks names in them.

For exampple. ORKUT is a registered tradermark of google Inc. Then also some domains such as orkutfun.com, 123 orkut.com, a2zorkut exist.
    All knows PayPal.com. PayPalBD.com exists.
Google or PayPal are not taking any actions on these domains.

So what do you say now?
