I don't know what to do..

I don't know what to do with my blog.. I might leave for a vacation sometime soon and it's going to be a long one.. was wondering what to do with my blog

I was thinking of selling it or finding someone who can manage it while im away but I don't have budget to pay (all on vacation )

it's about 1month and a week or 2 old and it just got PR2

anyone have a good idea? thanks

You could always buy some content and post date each article so it updates automatically when your gone.

 

Yea that's good idea, it is hardly two day job, you can make post in advance that will reflect on future set date automatically while you're on vacation.

Why don't you call it one month guest blogging. Put some ads and comments in forums telling all bloggers who write on topics related to your blog's that you will have a one month guest blogging.

you should post a notice at your blog to tell your reader that you will be stop blogging for sometimes

 

You could give some one you know a chance to handle the blog.

 

Definitely keep it up - just put up a msg saying you're on summer vacation or something. Additionally, you can hype your return by saying something like, "Major update coming in September...". That will keep folks interested.

There is nothing wrong with letting it sit. Domain age is a good thing for PR.

 

Like the last post says. Just say you are away...on "business"

Write a nice last post before you go and tell them what to expect when you get back.
