paypal trouble! again! HELP NEEDED! [2$ for best answer!]

Ok.. let me explain this.. I have an unverified paypal account with 100+$ balance in it.. The sending limit of my paypal account is 2$.. I need to know someway to get the cash directly into my hands.. I tried using xoom, but cuz of paypal's sending limit I can't use xoom too, to transfer the money to me.. And about getting a visa.. I've a bank account at sbi and sbt.. none of them provides visa credit cards.. only visa debits.. So .. please tell me a way to get this paypal money out of it and somehow transfer it to me as real cash.. Also, does anyone know an Indian bank that provides visa/cc ??? And don't tell me to add a bank account to paypal Cuz last time when I added my sbi account and tried to withdraw the balance to my bank a/c, they just limited it and asked for further information etc.. The best answer gets 2$ via paypal.. also, rep would be added for ALL the answers...

 

Um I am currently using a Visa Debit. And I send and recieve money. So I am not sure you are doing something right.

And if anything am I to assume you are from the country India. I know many sites sell Paypal virtual cc. But I know that does not help since you wouldnt get your money still.

Hmmm... nothing comes to mind other than what I just wrote. My apologies. I hope you can get your money soon. And all in one amount.

 

Why not verify your paypal?How about request a cheque from paypal?

 

Either you can opt for a cheque or, if you have acct in HDFC or ICICI you can get the money directly transfered to your bank acct. within 4 days. I am getting the money within 4 days till now. Hope this helps you.

 

It's practically impossible... why don't you buy stuff online with your balance instead?

 

I don't have any cc or visa card . In past one year back when traders were providing vcc i got verified by that method and increased my limits . Now i withdraw cash every month via cheque and i get in Delhi with in 15 days of duration .

 

verify it via a VCC....then try using xoom and it will work.

Simple you have to verified your account.You can verify your account by credit card or VCC.You have no options.

or withdraw cash as cheque IF you have $150+ if you don't have $150+ then ask some friend to send some money to your account so that you get $150+ then withdraw as cheque

Ok.. I just verified it with a VCC.. and now Im trying to work it out with xoom, but xoom wants payment from vcc :S Is there any other way now? After i've verified paypal.. basically, Im finding a way to get my verified paypal balance into my hands as direct cash..

 

You can add a bank account but bank acc. should be in same name as in paypal else they may limit. I'm withdrawing well with my SBI Bank acc. after being verified last yr via VCC.

Else you can hire some one who takes little commission. Suppose u send me $110 paypal I can send you $100 in SBi in INR...using the same exchange rate in Xoom for dat day. Also the $10 i include includes Rs 50 fees because i need to transfer to bank and paypal INR value is Rs 1 less per dollars . Also in xoom u also have to pay $10 fees for $100. So recieve same money u would have in Xoom using me.

Never order cheques..SBI has flat fee of Rs 450 fees for dollars cheque and i am not sure if PP send INR check

withdraw it via bank transfer or check. thats it. there is no other hassle free ways.

 

Since you are verified now, you can withdraw to your bank account.

However please ensure that the name on paypal account has to be same as name on bank account, if not first name at least last has to be matched, then while withdrawing, adding bank account, you are allowed to change the first name as the name on bank account. Then enter correct bank details along with IFSC code, should be 100% accurate, otherwise your transaction will be reversed.

And you will get your funds in your bank within upto 7 business days. Last time you've got limited because you have tried to withdraw the funds without being verified, this time it will be honored, if all details will be correct.

Thanks everyone.. I've asked a friend of mine to do a bank transfer for me.. Also, Im gonna add a bank account in my Paypal today..

 

I had a verified paypal account some time ago and earned good money. I reached a limit (yeah, also earnings are limited at paypal) and had to send extra business verifications etc. I did that and everything was fine. Some weeks later they frozed my account for 3 month without giving a good reason. After that they opened it again. I took my 1600 USD out of it onto my bank account and will surely never ever use paypal again ... ;-)
I experienced just trouble ... With Moneybookers I had no problems at all.

 

THe best this is that u must verify ur accoutn with docs and then widhtraw with bank i can help u if u have any limited account
