Many newbies have been asking how to make money using paypal. Selling resale rights products seems to be the easiest way. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Somewhat wrong.. Paypal is your "internet bank account". You can sell services on the internet and get paid through paypal.
I made money with PayPal... back in 1998 when I first signed up, they paid me $5 to register. Ah.. the good ol days.
You can earn through Paypal's affiliate/referral program. If you successfully refer someone to sign up under you, you get a commission for every thousand dollars, if I'm not mistaken.
The best way is to either do web development and sell your services or sell digital (non-tangible) goods on eBay. That is the case in my experience.

u can make money in paypal using affiliate program. u refer ur friends to signup for paypal and once the have transaction u will get $5 in ur paypal account.

I think the OP is talking about getting paid through paypal, not paypal actually paying you themselves. Aside from repackaging PLR materials and selling them as your own, there are certain affiliate programs that pay you your commission through paypal.
The title is somewhat confusing. But you can use paypal to accept money: selling sites, services (article writing, directory submission, etc), coaching, selling PLR and resell rights. Many things you can do. Focus on one and make it work first.
The same thing I said...what was wrong. paypal is service to transfer your money. They are not paying for any thing. in fact they are earning. here my sentence read with "through paypal" at last.
